The HOA manages and insures all common property, including the two pools, clubhouse, tennis, basketball courts, entrance and common landscaping and ponds.

Every property owner is required to pay an annual HOA fee. In addition, Belle Hall has a $250 transfer fee that has to be paid to the HOA every time a property is sold.
The HOA manger also organizes the homeowner's meetings where issues affecting the community are discussed, and a board of directors is elected.
The Belle Hall HOA also has its own website, www.bellehall.net, where most community news and events are published.
