The Courtyard is one of the three original subsections of Belle Hall Plantation and is the first subsection located to the right when driving down Belle Hall Parkway. The homes in The Courtyard are typically smaller, starter homes that start off in the low $300,000’s and go up to the high $400,000’s. They vary in size from 1,300 to 3,000 sq. ft. with about 3-5 bedrooms.  

Belle Hall has the perfect location near the I-526, close to Downtown Historic Charleston, Isle of Palm beaches, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Its ideal location often times entices families to stay in Belle Hall so they will purchase a smaller home in Rice Bay, The Veranda, or The Courtyard and move their way up to larger more expensive Belle Hall homes as more space is needed and as income increases. 

The Courtyard also has a short path that leads to Belle Hall Elementary, which makes taking children quick and convenient. It’s also a quick walk to the Belle Hall Community center where residents can enjoy a pool, tennis courts and a playground.
